You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

  • Talent accounts: For individuals seeking employment opportunities
  • Business accounts: For companies looking to hire talent

4. Content Guidelines

All video profiles and content uploaded must be professional, accurate, and your own work. You retain ownership of your content but grant Qualzv a license to display it on our platform for hiring purposes.

Prohibited content includes: misleading information, discriminatory material, copyrighted content without permission, and anything illegal.

5. Platform Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or automatically collect data from the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with the platform's operation
  • Contact talent or businesses for purposes unrelated to hiring

6. Hiring Process

Qualzv facilitates connections between talent and businesses. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. All employment agreements are between the talent and the business directly.

7. Fees & Payments

Qualzv is currently free during early access. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice to users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qualzv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
